Vignobles Foncalieu is part of a mission to promote the wine heritage of the South of France. The vines of the Castle are located on a clay-limestone plateau at the foot of the Montagne Noire. Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre are the grape varieties that make up the estate's vintages.
