A brand new release from Sussex based low intervention wine pioneers, Tillingham. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were destemmed and crushed together and left to soak for 5 days before being pressed to stainless steel and concrete tanks and one Georgian Qvevri. Left to age for eight months before bottling.
